यह ऐप क्या है
BoothManager बूथ स्तर पर काम करने वाली फ़ील्ड टीमों के लिए एक ऐप है। इसमें टीम के क्षेत्र की मतदाता सूची होती है, और टीम के अधिकृत सदस्य उसमें घर-घर संपर्क की जानकारी दर्ज करते हैं। यह ऐप किसी सरकारी विभाग का नहीं है और किसी सरकारी संस्था से जुड़ा नहीं है।
ऐप में कौन सी जानकारी होती है
- मतदाता सूची: प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची से नाम, पिता/पति/माता का नाम, उम्र, लिंग, मकान नंबर, वार्ड, क्रमांक और मतदाता पहचान पत्र संख्या। यह सूची टीम के अनुरोध पर उसी टीम के लिए ऐप में डाली जाती है।
- टीम की दर्ज जानकारी: सदस्य जो दर्ज करते हैं: मतदाता का मोबाइल नंबर (मतदाता की अनुमति का टिक लगाकर), झुकाव, छोटा नोट, और संपर्क हुआ या नहीं।
- ऐप इस्तेमाल करने वाले: हम आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल या पासवर्ड नहीं माँगते। आप टीम के दिए आमंत्रण कोड से जुड़ते हैं। आपका नाम (जैसे "सदस्य — वार्ड 2") टीम तय करती है। हम ऐप का संस्करण और आख़िरी मिलान का समय रखते हैं ताकि सिंक की समस्या पकड़ सकें। ऐप में कोई गड़बड़ी हो तो एक छोटा तकनीकी नोट (कौन-सी स्क्रीन, कौन-सी गलती, ऐप का संस्करण) हमारे सर्वर पर आता है; इसमें मतदाता के नाम या नंबर नहीं होते, और यह टीम की बाकी जानकारी के साथ हटता है। ऐप खोलने का 4 अंकों का पिन सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में रहता है।
- जो हम नहीं लेते: आपकी लोकेशन, संपर्क सूची, फ़ोटो या माइक्रोफ़ोन। ऐप में कोई विज्ञापन नहीं है।
कौन देख सकता है
- हर टीम की जानकारी सिर्फ़ उसी टीम के सदस्यों को दिखती है। उसी क्षेत्र में ऐप इस्तेमाल करने वाली दूसरी टीमें उसे नहीं देख सकतीं।
- सदस्य को सिर्फ़ उसके अपने वार्ड की सूची दिखती है। टीम लीडर और मैनेजर पूरे क्षेत्र की सूची देखते हैं।
- हम यह जानकारी किसी को बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते।
कहाँ रखी जाती है
जानकारी भारत (मुंबई) में Supabase के सर्वर पर रखी जाती है, और इंटरनेट पर एन्क्रिप्टेड (HTTPS) भेजी जाती है। बिना इंटरनेट काम करने के लिए टीम की सूची आपके फ़ोन में भी रहती है। सुरक्षा के लिए हमारे सर्वर कुछ समय तक सामान्य तकनीकी लॉग (जैसे IP पता) रखते हैं।
कितने समय तक
टीम की कार्य अवधि खत्म होने के 30 दिन के भीतर उसकी सारी दर्ज जानकारी (नंबर, झुकाव, नोट) हटा दी जाती है। अगर टीम लीडर किसी फ़ोन की पहुँच हटा दे, तो अगली बार इंटरनेट मिलते ही उस फ़ोन से टीम की जानकारी मिटा दी जाती है।
BoothManager खाता और जानकारी हटवाना
BoothManager ऐप का खाता या उसकी जानकारी हटवाने के लिए:
- support@boothmanager.in पर ईमेल करें, विषय: BoothManager delete request।
- अपनी टीम का नाम और ऐप में दिखने वाला अपना नाम (जैसे "सदस्य — वार्ड 2") लिखें। मतदाता हों तो अपना नाम, वार्ड और क्रमांक लिखें।
- हम 7 दिन के भीतर पुष्टि करेंगे और जानकारी हटा देंगे।
क्या हटता है: ऐप खाते का जुड़ाव (आमंत्रण कोड से जुड़ा फ़ोन), आपका दिखने वाला नाम, और आपके बारे में दर्ज मोबाइल नंबर, झुकाव, नोट व संपर्क की जानकारी। क्या रहता है: प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची की प्रविष्टि वैसी ही रहती है, क्योंकि वह सार्वजनिक सूची का हिस्सा है। हटाई गई जानकारी हमारे बैकअप से भी 30 दिन के भीतर मिट जाती है। अपनी जानकारी देखने या सुधारने के लिए भी इसी पते पर लिखें।
बच्चे
यह ऐप 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के लोगों के लिए नहीं है।
बदलाव
इस नीति में बदलाव होने पर नई तारीख के साथ यहीं प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।

What the app is
BoothManager is an app for booth-level field teams. It holds the published voter list for the team's area, and the team's authorized members record household contact information against it. The app is not made by, and is not affiliated with, any government department or body.
Data in the app
- Voter list: from the published voter list: voter name, relative's name, age, gender, house number, ward, serial number and voter ID number. It is loaded for a team at that team's request.
- Team records: what members record: a voter's mobile number (only with the voter's consent, ticked in the app), leaning, a short note, and whether the household was contacted.
- App users: we do not ask for your name, phone number, email or a password. You join with an invite code from your team. Your display name (for example "Member — Ward 2") is set by the team. We keep the app version and the time of the last sync to diagnose sync problems. If the app runs into an error, a short technical note (which screen, which error, the app version) reaches our server; it never contains voter names or numbers, and it is deleted with the rest of the team's data. The 4-digit PIN that opens the app stays on your phone only.
- Not collected: location, contacts, photos or microphone. The app shows no ads.
Who can see it
- Each team's data is visible only to that team's members. Other teams using the app in the same area cannot see it.
- Members see only their own ward. Team leaders and managers see the whole area.
- We do not sell or rent this data to anyone.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Supabase in India (Mumbai) and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). To work offline, the team's list is also kept on your phone. For security, our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for a short period.
How long
All of a team's records (numbers, leanings, notes) are deleted within 30 days after the team's work period ends. If a team leader removes a phone's access, the team's data is wiped from that phone the next time it connects.
Delete your BoothManager account and data
To delete your BoothManager app account or your data:
- Email support@boothmanager.in with the subject BoothManager delete request.
- Include your team's name and the name shown for you in the app (for example "Member — Ward 2"). If you are a voter, include your name, ward and serial number.
- We confirm and delete within 7 days.
Deleted: the app account link (the phone joined with the invite code), your display name, and any mobile number, leaning, note and contact status recorded about you. Kept: your entry in the published voter list itself, which is part of a public list. Deleted data is also removed from our backups within 30 days. Write to the same address to see or correct your data.
Children
The app is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
Changes to this policy will be published here with a new date.
